AKSSHAY JAIN
(Managing Director)
Aksshay Jain is the founder and driving force behind Arthmetics. A qualified Chartered Accountant and proud alumnus of IIM Calcutta, he brings 25+ years of expertise in finance, business strategy, and organisational transformation.
Since 2002 (A qualified CA), Aksshay has held leadership roles with reputed brands such as Havells, AkzoNobel, and Greaves Cotton. His career spans diverse industries, including electricals, paints, and engineering, where he has been instrumental in steering businesses toward profitability and long-term growth.
Over the years, Aksshay observed glaring gaps in the industry, often exploited by opportunistic players at the expense of genuine stakeholders. Inspired to address this, he founded Arthmetics with a clear vision: to infuse professionalism, integrity, and strategic foresight into the sector, turning conventional practices on their head.
A passionate student of business strategy, Aksshay is known for his sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving approach that is always seeking to outthink challenges, addressing them at their very root. As the Whole-Time Director and Head of Human Resources, she blends professionalism with warmth, ensuring that every person in the company feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Known for her lively spirit and infectious enthusiasm, she believes that work should be both purposeful and joyful.
A true fitness and wellness enthusiast, she balances her demanding role with a vibrant lifestyle filled with Zumba, yoga, gym workouts, badminton, and even kickboxing. Her love for music, culture, and spiritual pursuits reflects her belief in harmony — between mind, body, and soul.
Together with her husband and co-founder, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and vision — nurturing a workplace that celebrates growth, creativity, and togetherness. (Head – Operations & IT)
Amit Jain, with a Master’s in Computer Applications, brings a strong blend of technical expertise and operational insight to the company. Having worked with diverse organizations and led multiple implementation projects, he has a deep understanding of how to turn systems into seamless solutions.
As the Head of Operations and IT, Amit ensures efficiency, reliability, and innovation across all functions of the organization. Outside of work, he’s a true fitness enthusiast and an avid biker who loves exploring new terrains through motorcycle treks. His discipline, adventurous spirit, and hands-on approach make him an integral pillar of the company’s growth.

RAJENDRA KUMAR JAIN
(Mentor & Guide – Business Strategy)
A second-generation entrepreneur with over five decades of business experience, he has been the guiding force behind many successful ventures in the metals, paper, and realty sectors. His deep business acumen, strategic foresight, and unwavering values have shaped not only enterprises but also the people who run them.
At 73, he continues to guide the organization with wisdom and clarity, offering invaluable insights in business development, sales strategy, and legal matters. Beyond business, he is deeply engaged in spiritual and charitable activities, embodying a balanced life rooted in purpose and service. His vision, integrity, and mentorship continue to inspire the next generation of leadership within the family and the company.
